Volleyball Recap: Andover Takes a Loss

Andover saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Shakopee Sabers. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Luke Fenton paced Andover's offense, picking up eight kills. Fenton got some help from Kyle Enwright and his 15 assists. Fenton was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Andover's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Shakopee, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Andover has already played their next contest (against Mounds View), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Shakopee, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Burnsville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
