Volleyball Recap: Columbia Comes Up Short

The Columbia Wildcats lost 3-0 to the Stone Tomcats on Tuesday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-15, 25-12.

Payton Gonzalez was the offensive standout of the contest as she had ten digs and four aces.

Columbia's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Stone, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.

Columbia has already played their next matchup (against Salem), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Stone, they will venture away from home to take on Pascagoula at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
