Thatcher won the last time they faced Blue Ridge and Isaac Palmer did his part to make sure it happened again. The Eagles walked away with a 63-56 victory over the Yellow Jackets on Thursday with plenty of help from Palmer, who dropped a double-double with 28 points and 14 rebounds. His evening made it ten games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points.

Thatcher has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 53.5 points this season. As for Blue Ridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Thatcher wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 58-35 victory against Benson on the 8th. As for Blue Ridge, they have also already played their next matchup, a 78-74 defeat against Florence on the 5th.
