Baseball Preview: Roswell Coyotes vs. Lovington Wildcats

Roswell is 8-2 against Lovington since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Coyotes will be playing at home against the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. Roswell is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.7 runs per game this season.

Abey Tescano made a splash no matter where he played. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (three). He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.

Roswell's victory bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Lovington, their win bumped their record up to 9-5.
