Northpoint Christian came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with six straight wins dating back to last season, and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the St. Benedict at Auburndale Eagles. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Northpoint Christian took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-11, 25-14.
