Football Recap: Lindsay Skates Past Dublin with Ease

Lindsay won the last time they faced Dublin and things went their way on Friday too. The Knights took their matchup with ease, bagging a 70-7 victory over the Lions. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 49-7.

The win keeps Lindsay at an undefeated 5-0. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 55.6 points this season. As for Dublin, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Lindsay and Dublin will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Knights see the field they'll take on Muenster at 7:00 p.m. on October 10. As for Dublin, their break will end when they face Brady at 7:00 p.m. on October 10.
