Baseball Recap: College Prep Takes a Loss

After flying high against Redwood Christian on Tuesday, College Prep came back down to earth. The Cougars fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 6-5 on Friday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

John Fa and Eleck Fa did some serious damage despite the final result: John went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run, while Eleck went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Eleck has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played.

College Prep has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season. As for Redwood Christian, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-12-1.

As of now, neither College Prep nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
