It was a good run, but Switzerland County unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 46-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gallatin County Wildcats. The Pacers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2023.

Switzerland County's defeat dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Gallatin County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Switzerland County will take on Rising Sun at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gallatin County, they are taking a road trip to challenge Eminence at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Gallatin County is facing Eminence at the right time seeing as Eminence is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
