Football Recap: Marfa Comes Up Short at Home Against Da Vinci

Marfa unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Da Vinci Dragons on Friday, falling 48-22. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it seven in a row.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marfa will square off against Fort Hancock at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Da Vinci, they will face off against Fort Davis at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
