Soccer Recap: Maiden vs. North Gaston
Maiden won against Statesville last Thursday with three goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Wednesday. The Maiden Blue Devils walked away with a 3-1 win over the North Gaston Wildcats. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Devils.

Dallas Chavez scored all three of Maiden's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.
Maiden's victory bumped their record up to 4-2-1. As for North Gaston, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.
Maiden will have plenty of time to enjoy the win as they don't play again for a while. They'll take on East Burke at 6:00 p.m. on September 16th. As for North Gaston, their homestand will continue as they prepare to take on St. Stephens at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
