Basketball Recap: Ephrata Takes a Loss

Ephrata was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Othello Huskies and fell 58-28. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Tigers have suffered against the Huskies since January 18, 2022.

Ephrata's defeat dropped their record down to 0-18. As for Othello, their victory bumped their record up to 6-11.

When Ephrata and Othello next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Ephrata will try to stop Ellensburg's 18-game winning streak when the meet at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Othello will square off against Selah and their five-game winning streak at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
