Football Recap: Susquehanna Takes a Loss

Susquehanna was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 55-7 loss at the hands of the Riverside Vikings. The Sabers lost against the Vikings in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 34-26 score last time.

Susquehanna's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Riverside, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Susquehanna will square off against rival Old Forge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will give the Sabers their first taste of in-conference action this season. Meanwhile, Riverside is set to face off against their familiar foe Holy Cross at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
