Soccer Recap: Delta Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Delta's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rifle Bears. The defeat continues a trend for Delta in their meetings with Rifle: they've now lost five in a row.

Delta's goal came courtesy of Luis Ortiz, who's now up to three this season.

Delta now has a losing record of 5-6-2. As for Rifle, the win snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 5-8-1 record.

Delta has already played their next matchup, a 4-1 loss against Steamboat Springs on the 18th. As for Rifle, they will square off against Aspen at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
