Basketball Recap: Hugoton Takes Down Mulvane in a Playoff Battle

It's playoff time, and Hugoton had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Mulvane Wildcats by a score of 43-34 on Wednesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Hugoton's win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Mulvane, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-10.

Coming up, Hugoton will challenge Clay Center at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Mulvane does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
