Volleyball Recap: Homestead Extends Winning Streak to Three

Homestead waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the St. Francis Troubadours by a score of 2-0. The Mustangs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Troubadours, too.

Homestead got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Lilian Logan out in front who had five digs and three aces. That's the most aces Logan has posted over her last six matches.

Homestead's victory bumped their record up to 19-7. As for St. Francis, their loss dropped their record down to 24-7.

Homestead wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Campolindo on the 11th. As for St. Francis, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against St. Mary's on the 11th.
