Basketball Recap: West Creek Find Success

West Creek proved they can win big last Saturday (they won by 31) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Dyer County Choctaws 64-62. While the Coyote didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-14), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

West Creek has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Dyer County, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Westview the next time they take the court. West Creek will head out to face Westview at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Dyer County will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
