Penfield is 8-2 against Victor since October of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Patriots will venture away from home to square off against the Blue Devils at 5:30 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Penfield had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Spencerport on Tuesday. The Patriots blew past the Rangers 3-0. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Rangers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Victor got the win against Greece Athena on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

One reason for the win was Victor's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-13, 25-12.

Victor's win bumped their record up to 11-3-3. As for Penfield, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4.

Penfield took their win against Victor in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Patriots have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Blue Devils turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
