Volleyball Recap: Resurrection Christian Cougars vs. Alamosa Mean Moose
With a playoff game on the line, Resurrection Christian rose to the challenge on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Alamosa Mean Moose as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mean Moose, too.
While Resurrection Christian might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Alamosa scored at least 19 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-20, 25-21.
Emmaline Morris paced Resurrection Christian's offense, picking up 13 kills. Morris got some help from
Kylee Mayes and her 37 assists.

Jada Nordhagen kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.
Resurrection Christian is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 25-5 record this season. As for Alamosa, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 22-6.
