Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Minden). Everything went their way against the Booker T. Washington-Shreveport Lions on Friday as the Minden Crimson Tide made off with a 56-33 win. This was payback for the Crimson Tide, who suffered a 61-54 loss the last time these two teams met.

Minden's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-8. As for Booker T. Washington-Shreveport, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-11.

Minden will square off against West Monroe at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Booker T. Washington-Shreveport, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bossier at 6:00 p.m. on January 24th.
