Basketball Recap: Lakewood Spartans vs. San Jose Prep Storm
Lakewood saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They fell just short of the San Jose Prep Storm by a score of 58-56. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Several Spartans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Lakewood now has a losing record at 1-2. As for San Jose Prep, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lakewood will welcome Riverview Sarasota at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for San Jose Prep, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Joshua Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m.
