Recap: Brunswick Wildcats vs. Braymer Bobcats
While the Brunswick Wildcats's win against the Braymer Bobcats wasn't quite the blowout they won the last time the pair played, they still came away the winners. Brunswick had just enough and edged Braymer out 63-60. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Brunswick.
Braymer lost on Thursday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jordan Haley, who scored 17 points along with five assists and four steals. Haley is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last seven games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Baker, who scored 11 points along with three steals.
Brunswick is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season. As for Braymer, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-8.
Brunswick didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 58-57 defeat vs. Higbee on the 10th. Braymer has also already played their next contest, a 71-57 victory against Hale/Bosworth on the 10th.
