Volleyball Recap: Pecatonica Comes Up Short

Pecatonica lost against Fulton back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Indians fell 2-0 to the Steamers.

Fulton's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Brianne Brennan, who had 15 assists and seven digs. Brennan is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Pecatonica's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Fulton, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season.

Pecatonica has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Dakota on the 13th. As for Fulton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Winnebago on the 13th.
