Sylvan-Lucas had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Lincoln Leopards. The Mustangs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Leopards, too.

Sylvan-Lucas easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-8.

Morgan Finkenbinder paced Sylvan-Lucas' offense, picking up nine kills. Finkenbinder got some help from Josie Svaty and her nine assists.

Sylvan-Lucas' win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sylvan-Lucas will face off against Cunningham on Saturday. As for Lincoln, they will take on Wamego on Saturday.
