Queen Creek is a perfect 5-0 against Mountain View since February of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Queen Creek Bulldogs will take on the Mountain View Toros in a tournament on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Queen Creek's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 10-0 margin over Basha. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Aubrey Chavez tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits over five innings pitched. That's the fewest hits she has allowed since back in April of 2024.

On the hitting side, Charli Dixon was a standout: she fired off two home runs and three RBI while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Keira Weekly, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.

Queen Creek lost a few balls and finished the game with four home runs. That's the most home runs they've posted since back in February of 2024.

Meanwhile, Mountain View waltzed into their game on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Everything went their way against the Warriors as they made off with a 10-2 win.

Tierah Metcalf was excellent, scoring a run while going 1-for-4. What's more, she posted three RBI, the most she's had since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Keelie Goodman, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Queen Creek's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Mountain View, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Queen Creek was able to grind out a solid victory over Mountain View in their previous matchup back in March of 2023, winning 5-1. Will Queen Creek repeat their success, or does Mountain View have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
