Basketball Recap: East Henderson Eagles vs. Pisgah Bears

If East Henderson was riding high fresh off their 62-25 takedown of North Henderson last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The East Henderson Eagles were dealt a 68-28 defeat at the hands of the Pisgah Bears on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 352nd, while the Bears are ranked 31st).

Despite the loss, East Henderson saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Mamie Hill posted 14 points and eight boards.
