Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Leuzinger). They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 107-52 win over the Hawthorne Cougars. The Olympians have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.

Leuzinger's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jace Jones, who posted 14 points. The dominant performance gave Jones a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Godspower Otuonye, who had 13 points.

Defeat or not, Hawthorne got some senior leadership from Alfredo Ramirez and Jakobi Smith. Ramirez put up 16 points, while Smith earned 12 points.

Leuzinger has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.2 points per game. As for Hawthorne, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.
