Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sullivan West). They put the hurt on the Tri-Valley Bears with a sharp 16-4 win on Tuesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Sullivan West and bumps their season record up to 5-2. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 7 runs in those games. As for Tri-Valley, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Coming up, Sullivan West will venture away from home to square off against Liberty at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Tri-Valley, they will host Burke Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Burke Catholic will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Tri-Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
