Basketball Recap: Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger Takes a Loss

Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a hard 55-38 fall against the Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Cadets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Saints of the 41-40 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2023.

Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-8.

Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger and NorthWood will round out the year against one another at at 11:30 a.m. on December 28th. As for Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Woodlan at 7:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
