Dora and Elida are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2021, but not for long. The Coyotes will head out on the road to square off against the Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Dora turned things around against Floyd on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Broncos. The Coyotes not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 23rd (when they won 3-0).

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-12, 25-14.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Elida took on Lake Arthur on Thursday. The Tigers blew past the Panthers 3-0.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Elida was: they took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-15, 25-12.

Elida's victory bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Dora, their win bumped their record up to 4-14.

Dora suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Elida in their previous meeting back in November of 2024. Can the Coyotes avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
