Baseball Recap: Greenbrier Takes a Loss

Greenbrier lost against Morrilton back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Greenbrier came up short against Morrilton, falling 8-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Panthers have suffered against the Devil Dogs since March 15, 2016.

This is the second loss in a row for Greenbrier and nudges their season record down to 3-5-1. As for Morrilton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greenbrier will face off against Harrison at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Morrilton, they will challenge Lake Hamilton at 11:15 a.m. on Thursday.
