Basketball Recap: St. Agnes Takes a Loss

After flying high against Cristo Rey Jesuit last Tuesday, St. Agnes came back down to earth. The St. Agnes Aggies fell 78-67 to the Legacy Christian Academy Lions on Friday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (65), the Aggies still had to take the loss.

St. Agnes' loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Legacy Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season.

St. Agnes will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Barnesville at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Legacy Christian Academy, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Legacy Christian Academy Lions take on the Rush City Tigers at 9:30 a.m. on Friday.
