Risco entered their tilt with Charleston on Thursday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Bluejays by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Tigers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Mia Presley paced Risco's offense, picking up 12 kills. Presley got some help from Lorelai Smith and her 25 assists. Smith was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Risco's win bumped their record up to 12-6-1. As for Charleston, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Risco has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Hayti on the 25th. As for Charleston, they will square off against Scott City at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
