Basketball Recap: White River Makes It 15 in a Row at Home

White River came tearing into Friday's match with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 29.6 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Beamer Titans 69-32. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 39-16.

Beamer's loss came despite strong showings from Nikol Miranda and Kiana Smiley. Miranda went 6 of 14 on her way to 14 points, while Smiley posted nine points and five rebounds. That was a full 43.8% of Beamer's points, marking the third time in a row she's scored more than a third of the team's points.
