Basketball Recap: McDonogh Comes Up Short

McDonogh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. 2025 welcomed they with a 46-22 loss courtesy of the St. Frances Academy Panthers. The match marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

McDonogh now has a losing record at 6-7. As for St. Frances Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-2 record this season.
