Softball Recap: Narbonne Comes Up Short

After soaring to 22 runs the game before, Narbonne was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They came up short against the Carson Colts, falling 18-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Colts this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-1 back in April.

Narbonne has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-7 record this season. As for Carson, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 19-3-1.

Narbonne wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 20-7 victory against Jefferson on the 9th. As for Carson, they will welcome Banning at 3:15 p.m. on Monday.
