Soccer Recap: Sherando Comes Up Short

Sherando was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against the Handley Judges, falling 6-0. Sherando were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Handley earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Sherando's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Handley, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Sherando is set to challenge their familiar foe Warren County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Handley will face off against rival James Wood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
