Baseball Recap: St. Augustine Takes a Loss

St. Augustine and Choctawhatchee squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but St. Augustine had to settle for second. They fell 4-1 to the Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-4 on Saturday.

St. Augustine's defeat dropped their record down to 16-14. As for Choctawhatchee, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 18 of their last 20 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-6 record this season.

St. Augustine has already played their next contest, a 9-4 loss against Choctawhatchee on the 2nd. The Indians does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
