Basketball Recap: Polytech Falls to Milford in First Game of Season

Polytech unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell to the Milford Buccaneers 52-47. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Buccaneers recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

The victory got Milford back to even at 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Polytech will venture away from home to challenge Smyrna at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Milford, they will head out on the road to face off against Sussex Tech at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
