After losing to Richwoods the last time they met, Kankakee decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Kankakee Kays blew past the Richwoods Knights 77-48 on Saturday. The Kays have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Kankakee has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 23-4 record this season. As for Richwoods, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 16-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kankakee will venture away from home to square off against Waubonsie Valley at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. Waubonsie Valley will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Kankakee surely won't give up without a fight. As for Richwoods, they will face off against Urbana at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
