Mays had won four straight on the road, but on Tuesday they bumped up to 6-1 to make it five. They walked away with an 83-71 win over Drew. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Raiders also won the last time the pair played back in January.

Mays' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tiago Lee, who went 8-for-15 on his way to 30 points and seven boards. The game was Lee's seventh in a row with at least 16 points. Jack Sparks was another key player, shooting 47% from the field to rack up 24 points in addition to seven rebounds and five assists.

Having lost for the first time this season, Drew fell to 4-1. The loss was their first of the season.

When it comes to explaining why Drew lost, don't look at Ricky Moon. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 27 points and ten assists. Moon continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Rexson Kenley, who posted eight points and eight assists.

Coming up, Mays will be playing in front of their home fans against Jackson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Drew, they will head out on the road to challenge Forest Park at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Drew will be up against the Panthers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 51.57 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
