Baseball Recap: Bay Comes Up Short

Bay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 21st straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Greene County Wildcats. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since March 18th, but that streak is no more.

Bay's defeat dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Greene County, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Greene County beat Bay by a score of 7-3 later that day.
