Volleyball Recap: Kennedy Comes Up Short

Kennedy saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northwood Timberwolves. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Fighting Irish were not able to get on the board.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-20.

This is the second loss in a row for Kennedy and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for Northwood, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Kennedy will venture away from home to take on Tustin at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Northwood, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Millikan on the 23rd.
