Cooper Baxter Game Report: vs Chavez

Passers beware: Cooper Baxter came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He made two total tackles and snagged two interceptions which he returned for a touchdown as Monache took down Chavez 47-0. We certainly expect to see more performances from Baxter considering he's already seeing the field as a sophomore.

Looking ahead, Baxter and Monache will venture away from home to face off against West at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Marauders have been struggling on the road and they will enter the matchup having lost three straight away games dating back to last season.
