Even though the WF West Bearcats scored an imposing 63 points on Saturday, the Sammamish RedHawks still came out on top. Sammamish took their contest against WF West 70-63. The win made it back-to-back wins for Sammamish.

When it comes to explaining why WF West lost, one person who can't be blamed is Tyler Klatush. Despite the final result, he scored 22 points along with two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Gage Brumfield, who scored 11 points along with six assists.
Sammamish pushed their record up to 18-8 with that victory, which was their ninth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.4 points per game. As for WF West, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-8.
