Soccer Recap: George School Comes Up Short

George School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Perkiomen School Panthers. While losing is never fun, George School can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 403rd, while Perkiomen School are ranked 151st).

George School's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Perkiomen School, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. George School will head out to take on Hill School at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Perkiomen School, they will venture away from home to face off against Friends' Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
