Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Dr. Joaquin Garcia walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Coconut Creek Cougars on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Dr. Joaquin Garcia took every set by at least 20 points. The final score came out to 25-5, 25-5, 25-4.

Leading Dr. Joaquin Garcia to victory were Sophia Hagerty and Sophia Bui. Hagerty had five aces and two assists, while Bui had seven assists and four aces. That's the most assists Hagerty has posted since back in September.

They weren't the only good servers: Dr. Joaquin Garcia was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 26 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Dr. Joaquin Garcia's record now sits at 13-8. As for Coconut Creek, they dropped their record down to 3-12 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Dr. Joaquin Garcia wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Atlantic on the 16th. Coconut Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
