Softball Preview: Powell County Pirates vs. Burgin Bulldogs

The Powell County Pirates will head out to square off against the Burgin Bulldogs at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Powell County is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.6 runs per game this season.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Powell County and Owsley County, and Powell County kept the tradition alive. The Pirates' pitcher stepped up to hand the Owls / Lady Owls a 15-0 shutout on Thursday.
