Baseball Recap: Woodstock Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Woodstock and Bellows Free Academy squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Woodstock had to settle for second. They took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bullets. The Wasps haven't had much luck with the Bullets recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Woodstock's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Bellows Free Academy, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-1-1.

Woodstock does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bellows Free Academy, they will challenge White River Valley on Tuesday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their 14th straight win, something the Bullets surely won't give up without a fight.
