It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Providence School had no problem doing just that on Friday. They put the hurt on the Bishop Snyder Cardinals with a sharp 5-0 victory. Give the Stallions' defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Providence School has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those six matches. As for Bishop Snyder, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6-2.
