Volleyball Recap: Northside Takes a Loss

Northside was the 2-1 winner over Lambert when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Patriots took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Longhorns on Friday.

Aiyanna Rebant paced Northside's offense, picking up six kills. Rebant got some help from Lacie Watts and her 12 assists. Rebant was also a major player on defense: she and Anjali Smith shared the team lead in blocks, finishing with two each.

Northside's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lambert, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Northside is on the road again on Saturday to play Alpharetta at 10:00 a.m. As for Lambert, they will be taking part in a tournament against Hillgrove at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
